Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms These Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards purchased from Simplycake. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

2. Non-Expiration and No Fees Our gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any service, dormancy, or maintenance fees.

3. Redemption Gift cards are redeemable for goods and services only at Simplycake. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards and are not valid for mail order or online purchases unless explicitly stated.

4. Purchase and Reloading Gift cards can be purchased at any Simplycake location with any dollar amount greater than $10.00. They can be reloaded at any time, at any Simplycake location, with any dollar amount, using cash, debit, or credit card. There is no minimum reload requirement.

5. Cash Redemption In compliance with state law, gift cards with a balance of less than $10 are redeemable for cash upon request.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards Gift cards should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Simplycake is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your gift card.

7. Purchase Exceeds Gift Card Balance If your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method accepted by Simplycake.

8. Limitation of Liability Simplycake will not be liable for any claims related to the use or inability to use a gift card, including but not limited to lost or stolen cards, and is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alterations of your gift card. The liability of Simplycake shall be limited to the total amount remaining on the gift card.

9. Fraud Simplycake reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, cards mistakenly issued in incorrect denominations, or for other violations of gift card policies.

10. Amendment of Terms Simplycake reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card program at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Use of the gift card after such changes will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
