Is everything made in the store?Yes! We make and package all the products in the store.

How do I store your baked goods to keep them fresh?Our products are best enjoyed fresh, but if you need to store them: Bread: Store in a cool, dry place, or freeze for longer storage. Pastries and cakes: Refrigerate in an airtight container to preserve freshness for up to 3 days. Please note that we do not use preservative in our products which means heat or other environmental factors like moisture can make things spoil quicker.

Do we have any gluten free products?● We do have one which is the creme brûlée (found in the mini fridge near the cashiers) but we are working to develop other products that are gluten free. ● This applies to cakes as well

What happens if I can’t pick up the day of my order?Unfortunately we do have limited space in our fridges if you have to delay your pick up to the following day we do charge a $50 hold fee. This applies to same day changes.

Which of your items contain pork?All our savory buns except the spicy wasabi and garlic. Mousse cakes contain porcine gelatine. Pineapple buns have lard in the topping (which is made from pork fat). Egg yolks pastries, wife cakes, and mooncakes

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash until 6PM.
