Is everything made in house?
Everything at the store is made fresh daily by our hard working bakers and baking associates on site. We do our best to provide a constant flow of fresh buns throughout the day.
Can I order pastries or cakes in advance?
Of course! We recommend, especially for larger orders, that you give us a call or an email at hello@simplycakebakery.com to place your order. Especially for weekends cake orders get full quickly so place an order as soon as you can to ensure your pick up timeslot.
Do you do custom order cakes?
Yes we do. For custom orders/complex cake orders please provide an image or example and/or details with what exactly you are looking for for a custom cake with your cake order submission. We will reach out with a quote regarding your design.
Do we offer delivery?
Currently we unfortunately do not offer delivery for the products. We hope to be able to provide this option for customers in the future.
What exactly IS milk bread?
Milk bread is named after the technique of cooking flour and water together into a paste and then combining with milk and yeast to form an incomparable bread. The fluffy soft texture that is characteristic of milk bread is attributed to this technique which creates a buttery and lightly sweet taste.
